Mr. Dandridge is co-chair of the Securities Practice Team and a member of the Business Services Department and the Corporate Practice Group of the firm Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis. Previously, he was associate director (Small Business) in the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and of the American Law Institute. He teaches International Securities Transactions.
