Mr. Krebs’s areas of expertise are complex mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and partner in Business Development at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP, Mr. Krebs has also represented clients before various federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Federal Reserve Board, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the FDIC, the California Department of Financial Institutions, the Massachusetts Division of Banks and the New Hampshire Banking Department. He is associated with BU Law’s LLM in Banking Financial Law as well as the Executive LLM in International Business Law.
