Mr. Schnall, a partner in the Boston office of Bingham McCutchen LLP, handles a diverse range of business-related tax matters, and has extensive experience with state tax controversies. He lectures frequently on subjects in federal and state tax law. Mr. Schnall has served as chair of the Boston Bar Association Tax Section and of its State and Local Tax Committee. He has been a member of the adjunct faculty since 2003.
