Since 2003, Professor Greiman has held an academic appointment at BU Law, teaching International Business Agreements and International Project Finance, as well as teaching in the Summer Legal Institute in London. Since 1990, she has also taught at the Harvard Law School in the area of Trial Advocacy, Corporate Law and Community Renewal. Since 2005 she has served as Deputy Director/Chief Legal Counsel in the Executive Office of Economic Development, Department of Business and Technology. Her extensive professional experience includes serving as Deputy Chief Counsel and Director of Risk Management and Litigation for the Central Artery/Tunnel Project in Boston (1998-2005); International Legal Counsel to the U.S. Department of State (1995-2000); General Counsel for the Executive Office of Education (1993-1995); General Counsel at the Department of Banking and Insurance (1992-1993); and was appointed to the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division (1980-1992). She serves on numerous boards and organizations including the British American Business Council of New England, the New England Canadian Business Council, and the U.S. Attorney General’s Advisory Board on International Fraud and Corruption.
