Prior to coming to the U.S. to pursue her LLM in Banking and Financial Law, Carolina Trujillo practiced corporate and banking law in Caracas, Venezuela. Since receiving her degree she has specialized in mortgage products and residential lending transactions. She is currently managing partner of ARCO LLC, a full-service design and build company. Previously, she was director of homeownership counseling at Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH). She joined NOAH in 2005 and taught first-time homebuyer classes, helping to prepare low-income families for the purchase of their first homes. She worked individually with clients in credit, financial fitness, and mortgage counseling. She is the host of a Spanish language radio program which offers mortgage and real estate education to the Latin community. She co-teaches Housing Finance and Community Development.
