Event Coordination
Our dedicated event specialists can assist in planning and executing your complex or large-scale event or conference. The process begins by having an in-depth conversation about your support needs. We can then prepare a proposal that will include an estimate for event coordination services. Our team can assist in being a liaison to campus service providers during the planning and execution for detailed, efficient communication of your conference or event needs.
Summer Conferences and Housing
During the summer, our department coordinates the usage of BU dormitories for groups from adult conferences to youth camps. If you are looking to utilize dorms and/or host a conference in the summer, fill out our inquiry form to provide us with more information about your program needs.
Registration Services
We offer online event registration which can be booked with or without our full event coordination services. Our tech-savvy and client-focused staff can develop a sleek and effective registration site, facilitate secure payments, provide skilled customer service support, and ensure smooth sailing for all.
