Reference Services and Library Guides
Professional reference librarians are available to assist with research, online searching, questions about the collection and interlibrary loan. The reference desk is located inside the Pappas Reading Room to the right of the entrance.
To help students with legal research the reference librarians have prepared Research guides with links to popular sites and online services.
Students working on seminar papers, certification papers, or journal notes are welcome to make an appointment for a research consultation with a reference librarian. The reference librarians can help you develop a research strategy for a successful research paper experience.
Reference librarians also organize Computer Training for students throughout the year.
The law library publishes the Pappas Law Library Guide and a guide to Frequently Requested Materials. Copies are available for students at the law library.
The Boston University online catalog contains the holdings of the Pappas Law Library and all other Boston University libraries. The Law Library Periodicals List has holdings of major periodicals received by the law library.
