Most article/chapter requests are filled electronically by sending you PDFs or links to reliable sources. Your program coordinator or Charlotte Glicksman can assist with printing PDFs received from the library. Book requests are filled whenever possible with a licensed ebook. Print books are retrieved and held at the Fineman circulation desk.
Documents that are scanned from print materials in the Law, Mugar, and Theology libraries are usually delivered within one business day. Documents scanned from the Science and Engineering, Educational Resources, and the Pardee Management libraries are usually delivered within two business days.
Please call Corinne (x3-8879) or the reference desk staff (x3-3151) for rush requests.
FedEx Office can make multiple copies of course materials that cannot be posted to your Blackboard Learn site. The library can provide faculty with one clean scan of articles, cases, etc., to send to FedEx Office. Your program coordinator or Charlotte Glicksman can provide information on requesting copies via FedEx Office.
