The Sargent Choice Nutrition Center is excited to continue offering virtual programming to support the nutritional wellness of BU Faculty & Staff.  

Throughout the summer, we will be cooking nutritious dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients, and will cover topics including: 

    • Nutritional benefits of seasonal ingredients and how to prepare them
    • How to modify recipes based on preferences, dietary needs, budget, and lifestyle
    • Ways to prepare meals that provide lasting energy throughout the day.
    • Basic cooking techniques
    • Cooking techniques and adaptive tools for people with disabilities

Join Sargent Choice Nutrition Center Registered Dietitian Alessandra Anderson, MS, RDN, LDN and Gabie Mirolli, MS, RDN, LDN to learn how to create a delicious, seasonal meal!
