2025 Employee Wellness Fair

BU Employee Wellness invites you to enjoy an afternoon of all things wellness at our Annual Employee Wellness Fair.  Please join us to enjoy a healthy lunch, check in on your health with a quick biometric screening, learn about the wellness providers and services around campus, enjoy a free seated chair massage, and much more!

Please present your Boston University faculty/staff ID card at the front door to gain entry to this year’s event.

    Biometric Screenings – Know Your Numbers!

    The biometric screenings are a great way to get a fast check-in on your health.  The screening includes total cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose levels and height, weight and BMI, followed by a review of your results with a trained health professional.

    To register:

    1. Visit the registration site
    2. If you are a returning eHealthScreenings participant, enter your username and password in the
      returning user section and click Submit. On the following screen under Step 1, enter the
      Screening Key BMA114 and Click to Select. Skip to step 4.
    3. If you are a first-time participant, enter Screening Key BMA114 in the NOT YET REGISTERED section, click Submit. Create an account by completing all fields. Click Submit.
    4. Select ‘Click to Select within the Onsite Screening’ section. (if applicable).
    5. Opt-in to text message reminder: select Yes, type your cell number, click Submit. Opt-out of text message reminders: select No, click Submit.
    6. Use the drop-down function to choose your desired location, date, and time. Click on Register.
    7. Acknowledge the Health Screening Consent by checking the “I agree” box located at the bottom of the consent. Enter first & last name in the Signature section. Click Continue.
    8. Once sign-up process is completed, a confirmation page will be generated to print for your records. A confirmation email will be received just after scheduling your appointment and 24 hours before your appointment time.
