Good Grief
Good Grief will describe normal and complicated grieving, offer suggestions about how to deal with grief at work and give participants resources and opportunities to explore the topic further. In this workshop we will:
- Describe sources, symptoms and process of grief and grieving
- Understand the stages and time for grieving
- Explore the role of spirituality in well-being and recovery
- Learn what to say, not to say to a person grieving
- Distinguish between normal and complicated grief
- Explain how to help a grieving employee at work
- Find out where and when to get help
