Summer Term Forms

Registration for summer 2026 opens in February. Current Boston University students should use the MyBU Student Portal to register and add/drop courses, whenever possible. Use the forms below if necessary.

All forms can be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the Summer Term office.

Registration for summer 2026 opens in February. US students who are new to Boston University can register and add/drop courses using our online registration system. Use the forms below if necessary or advised to by the Summer Term office.

International students (not currently at BU) who wish to attend Boston University Summer Term should use the forms below during the registration process. If you are unsure about your summer immigration status, please see our visa section. Please note that the application for visiting international students will be available on January 15.

• Financial Sponsorship Certification Form (only if requesting a BU I-20)
