Attend an Event

Student Wellbeing and dozens of campus partners offer programs and events throughout the year to support all dimensions of your wellbeing.

You may see several events below that catch your interest, but maybe you are nervous to check them out alone. Sometimes it helps to grab a friend or roommate to actually get yourself to an event. Go for it! You may end up meeting some great folks, learning something new, and adding one more tool to your collection of tips and tricks for promoting your health and wellness.
