Revathi Ananthakrishnan Receives 2025 Biostatistics Distinguished Alumni Award

  • On Monday, May 20, SPH held its annual Spring Celebration, featuring lots of food, sunshine, and fellowship.

  • Professor Richard Saitz and Maria McCarthy, director of advising and career development, scoop up some of the barbecue fare at the celebration.

  • Dean Sandro Galea and Greg Cohen, statistical analyst in the Department of Epidemiology, chat during the celebration.

  • SPH and BU alumni and friends gathered for a Think. Teach. Do. Alumni Reception in Geneva, Switzerland on Tuesday, May 21.

  • The reception was held in conjunction with the WHO World Health Assembly.

  • During the SPH school assembly on Tuesday, May 28, the Activist Lab presented Mason Dunn, outgoing executive director of the Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition, with the annual Gail Douglas Award, which recognizes excellence in public health practice.

  • During the 14th annual John McCahan Medical Campus Education Day on Wednesday, May 29, Yvette Cozier, assistant dean for diversity and inclusion, participated in a panel discussion on educational innovations at BUMC.
