Epidemiology Doctoral Student Accepted at Prestigious Summer Institute.
Epidemiology doctoral student Kelly Diringer Getz has been selected to participate in the 2012 Summer Institute in Reproductive and Perinatal Epidemiology.
Co-sponsored by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, this prestigious week-long Summer Institute provides substantive and methodological training in fertility, pregnancy complications, maternal health, and infant outcomes. Kelly is a third-year doctoral student who is conducting her thesis research on risk factors for autism. Past BUSPH attendees include Rose Radin, Mahsa Yazdy, and Kate Ahrens.
