Join us in welcoming Dr. Héctor Carrasco Magallanes, the Director of Health Equity at the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) and an appointed member of the State Health Equity Advisory Committee. Dr. Carrasco has extensive expertise in health equity, primary care, substance use, and community health. He previously led TDH’s High Impact Areas Program, the largest addiction and overdose prevention initiative in Tennessee. Dr. Carrasco holds an MD from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, and a DrPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. RSVP via the link below.
