Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellowship Info Session.

Every year the Boston University School of Public Health (SPH) and the College of Communication (COM) partner with the Pulitzer Center to offer a paid international reporting Fellowship. Two outstanding BU students (1 from SPH and one from COM) will have the opportunity to travel internationally or domestically on a 2-3 week reporting trip mentored by a professional journalist. Overview: Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellows pursue independent journalism projects at the intersection of journalism and global health. BU Reporting Fellows have reported from 18 countries, including China, Cuba, Ethiopia, Guyana, Haiti, India, Mali, Tanzania, the U.K., and the U.S. Reporting Fellows benefit from Pulitzer Center mentorship, networking opportunities, and journalism resources. Most importantly, they become part of a vibrant community. Articles, photo essays, video, audio, and interactives produced by Reporting Fellows are featured on the Pulitzer Center website and in multiple news outlets, such as the New York Times, Miami Herald, Politico, NPR, and The Guardian. Qualifications: Open to Boston University students in SPH and COM. COM students should be should be enrolled in a graduate program or in their senior year.
