Ed Baker is the Chief Product Officer at WHOOP, where he drives growth and innovation in wearable technology that optimizes performance by tracking recovery, sleep, and strain. In 2023, WHOOP acquired AnyQuestion, a knowledge-sharing platform Ed founded to democratize access to world-class experts. Ed's career includes serving as VP of Product and Growth at Uber from 2013 to 2017, where he oversaw exponential user growth, and as Head of International Growth at Facebook, which he joined after Facebook acquired Friend.ly, a social platform he co-founded that amassed over 25 million users. He also advises companies like Swift and Lime and has worked at Bain & Company and Bain Capital. Ed holds an MBA from Stanford and an A.B. in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard.
