Student Wellbeing is delighted to host “The Wellbeing Experience” on Wednesday, January 24 in the Hiebert Lounge. This event, intentionally scheduled at the start of a busy semester, invites all students to momentarily step away from their academic commitments, take a break, and connect with others to enjoy some activities that promote community, relaxation, gratitude, creativity and play. Students will experience wellbeing activities that can be incorporated into their lives. Plus, free food!
