Dear Faculty Colleagues,

Happy new year – I hope you all had a wonderful break.

The 2024 actual salary coverage data have now been uploaded to the Looking Back section of the Annual Faculty Review (AFR) system. These data reflect the salary distributions recorded in SAP as of January 2, 2025; however, we understand that it may be necessary to make some corrections.

I encourage all faculty to review their 2024 salary coverage data in the AFR system to confirm that the data are correct. If faculty have concerns or questions, the best next step is to contact their Grants Manager or Department Administrator. Our goal is to identify any issues as soon as possible since all retroactive adjustments to 2024 salary coverage must be made by March 31, 2025.

Also, for those who have not yet submitted their AFR form, a quick reminder to please do so by the deadline of Wednesday, January 15.
