Dear Colleagues,

As we rapidly approach the 50th anniversary of our School of Public Health, I am excited to announce the formation of a special Dean’s Advisory Task Force. This task force will be central to advancing our fundraising and community engagement goals as we mark this historic milestone.

The Dean’s SPH50 Advisory Task Force will play a critical leadership role in guiding strategic fundraising efforts and cultivating meaningful community partnerships. Through its collective wisdom, experience, and commitment, it will help amplify the school’s mission and ensure that our 50th anniversary celebrations truly embody the values, spirit, and vision of our community.

I welcome nominations from all SPH students, faculty, and staff, recognizing that the strength of our community is rooted in many perspectives and talents. Please take a moment to review the qualifications and nomination process below.

The Task Force will consist of representatives of faculty, staff, students, and alumni – and designated representatives from the Dean’s Office.

All nominees will be reviewed and selected by me, in consultation with Dean’s Cabinet.

I look forward with great anticipation to your nominations and to embarking together on this important journey.

Best wishes,

AH
