Dear SPH Staff,

I hope this message finds you well. Following the feedback from our recent staff survey, it is clear there is a strong desire for more direct engagement between our staff and the leadership team. In response, I am pleased to offer skip-level meetings. These meetings are intended to give staff members who do not typically interact with senior leadership an opportunity to connect directly with me, allowing for open dialogue and direct communication beyond immediate supervisors. 

Here are the details for the upcoming skip-level meetings, which will be available both in-person and online via Zoom:

Founders Room, Talbot Building and Online: 

  • Wednesday, May 15, 11 am – 12 pm
  • Wednesday, June 12, 1 pm – 2 pm

Crosstown 305:

  • Thursday, May 23, 11 am – 12 pm
  • Tuesday, June 18, 11 am – 12 pm

All Zoom links will be included on the SPH Calendar.

These meetings are designed to foster communication and enhance our collaborative environment. We highly encourage all staff to participate and share their insights, concerns, and suggestions. Your input is invaluable and will help us shape the future direction of the level of support, training and other services we provide to our staff.
