SPH Magazine Takes Gold at Agency Award Show.
SPH This Year, the School of Public Health’s annual year-in-review magazine, took gold at the In-House Agency Forum Award Show on November 9.
The 2015 issue was recognized with a Gold Award in the publications category. The School also received honorable mention for its B2B kit. Other award winners included Fidelity Investments, Hilton, Hewlett-Packard Company, and DirecTV.
The issue represented a collaboration between BU Creative Services and the SPH communications team. The issue also recently received a Bronze Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) back in June. Boston University also won two Gold Awards and three Silver Awards for University-wide publications related to admissions and the annual report, and for the #TerrierTuesdays social media campaign.
The IHAF Awards recognize creative excellence among in-house agencies across print and digital categories. Winners are determined by a panel of judges drawn from the industry. This year’s panel included judges from Santander, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and BU’s own creative agency. The panel received hundreds of submissions across 32 categories, and picked 96 award winners and one Best in Show.
Founded in 2005, the In-House Agency Forum (IHAF) is the only membership organization providing tools and insight in support of every function within the in-house agency model.
