Our office coordinates major events at BU, from matriculation to commencement, works with non-BU clients to host events on campus, manages summer conference housing, operates the Tsai Performance Center, and provides services for event coordination, registration, and room reservations.

If your role at BU…

…involves planning and hosting meetings and events for your department, you will most likely interact with us for room reservations. Our Reservations team assists BU departments in finding the right location for meetings, conferences, and special events.

25Live: Access our reservations platform and submit a location request.

25Live

Our reservations platform is 25Live. You’ll use 25Live to search for locations, see availability in real time, and submit a request to reserve a location. Our team reviews requests daily and responds within two business days.

To use 25Live, you’ll need to request access to the platform. Make an initial login to 25Live using your personal BU login and then email roomres@bu.edu asking to be granted access.

Non-BU Events

E&C serves as a convenient one-stop shop for non‑University‑sponsored events. You’ll work with a dedicated Events Specialist who will be your single point of contact and guide you through all aspects of event planning and logistics.

While non‑University‑sponsored events do have higher fees than BU‑department‑sponsored events, members of the BU community receive discounted Facility Usage Fees.
