Undelivered MBTA Pass Claim Agreement*

Overnight parking permit holders may only cancel their permit if their vehicle is no longer parked on the Boston University campus.

Secure Bike Room Access Renewal Agreement*

I agree to the conditions below

I, the applicant for secure bike room access, understand the following: All bicycles parked in the bike room must be functional and must have a Boston University Bike Registration sticker clearly affixed to the frame. Bicycles shall not be parked in the bike room over the summer unless their owner is either enrolled in summer classes or employed by the university during this time. My access will expire on 5/31 each year, after which I may reapply based upon my enrollment or employment status. Violation of any of these terms may result in revoked access privileges and bicycle impound. Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) is not responsible for any damage to bicycles or accessories, including locks, due to warning or removal. PTS is not responsible for items, including bicycles, lost or stolen from secure bike rooms. Access to secure bike rooms is granted and revoked at the discretion of PTS.
