Event Support
This section provides the tools and guidance you need—from submitting event support requests and obtaining branded materials, reserving a space, or arranging catering services, you will find the necessary tools and instructions here to ensure a smooth and successful event.
- For support with planning an event, fill out the Event Request Form. Complete all information and submit the form. Once the form is received, the Events Specialist will contact you to discuss your event.
- If you would like to reserve swag for an event or guest speaker, complete the Swag Request Form to coordinate item availability and pick up. Requests should be submitted two days in advance.
Questions should be directed via email to eventsps@bu.edu, as soon as possible.
Room Reservations
- Any group interested in reserving space at the Pardee School should refer to the Room Reservations page and complete the Room Reservation Request Form.
- Before filling out the form, read our Event Guidelines and if using AV for your event, review usage and setup in Appendix A – AV Setup.

Reservations are on a “first-come, first-served” basis. However, it will remain the case that all rooms are available for reservation by the Pardee School first, and we reserve the right to change a reservation due to the needs of the Pardee School.
Please note: no space will be reserved until the form has been received and approved.
Cancellations should be directed via email to confps@bu.edu, as soon as possible.
Catering
- Begin the process of menu selection directly with a representative from Catering on the Charles by contacting catering@bu.edu or 617-353-2957. Menu options can be found online and refer to the catering policies for catering related queries. Selections should be determined at least 30 days prior to the event and the final count should be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to the event. If you plan to have a bar, a minimum notice of 30 days is required for Catering to obtain a liquor license.
