The final guest count is due by 10 am three full business days prior to the event. This number represents the minimum number of guests for which your event will be charged.
Guest Counts and Minimums
If the guest count for your event is less than the minimum number that the menu is intended to serve, your cost per person will be greater.
For all guest counts below twenty-five, a maximum of three sandwich selections and two salad selections for drop off catering may be selected. For all orders below $75.00 there will be a $15.00 delivery fee.
In order to ensure the best possible service, we request that you contact your catering representative four to six weeks prior to your event to make arrangements. However, we understand that some events may not be confirmed with this much advance notice. In these instances, please contact us as soon as your event is confirmed so that we may begin planning for your event. For orders less than 72 hours in advance, please refer to our drop off catering menu. If this menu does not suit your needs, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, a late fee may be assessed.
Prices are based on paper service for staffed events. China service in the GSU and Questrom venues may require additional waitstaff. An additional $6.00 per person china fee will be assessed for events in venues other than the GSU and Questrom.
All food and beverage tables do not include house linens. Tablecloths are priced at $4.00 per cloth, conference cloths are $25.00 per table. A waitstaff may be necessary to complete the linen requests.
Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of the inquiry.
Waitstaff are required for all events requiring a heat source or for events as deemed necessary by the Catering on the Charles Team. The rates for a server are $40 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
