Najam Attends Antalya Diplomacy Forum
Between March 11-13, 2022, Adil Najam, Dean of the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, participated in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF).
ADF is a gathering of diplomatic professionals including Heads of State and Governments, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, high-level representatives of international organizations, diplomats, opinion makers, and academics. It presents an excellent platform for regional and global actors from the spheres of diplomacy, policy, and business to exchange ideas and address international challenges. Participants addressed a wide range of topics in international relations under the overarching theme of “Recoding Diplomacy.”
Among the participants were 20 prime ministers, 30 foreign ministers, and the Secretary General of NATO. Of note, ADF was the first meeting between Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
