MET Online Degrees Rank Among Top 10 for 7 Years in a Row
For the seventh year in a row, BU’s Metropolitan College (MET) tops the U.S. News & World Report rankings of the nation’s best online graduate programs. This steadfast position—alongside some of the nation’s most elite schools—underscores MET’s strong performance in the most competitive and high-growth areas of higher education, that of part-time, online graduate programs.

The online MS in Criminal Justice has placed among the top four since 2015, when it was first ranked by U.S. News & World Report. This year, it advanced one spot to #3 (out of 83 schools, an 8% increase from last year’s number of schools). MET’s seven management degree programs also advanced one spot to #10 (out of 188 schools, a 20% increase), the same rank occupied by the online MS programs in Applied Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, and Software Development (out of 62 competitor programs, a 7% increase).
