Terry Regan, who is a MET lecturer and serves on the Urban Affairs Advisory Board and co-teaches a MET course on Transportation Planning, wrote an article for the summer issue of CommonWealth Magazine, entitled, “The MBTA is Underfunded and Overextended.”
