The menu relies heavily on Ozargun’s Turkish roots, with family recipes adapted from those cooked by his grandmother back home, and those he and his cooking mentor John Vyhnanek developed together for Cafe Mangal.
Vyhnanek is now an instructor in Boston University’s Culinary Arts program, and was the chef/owner of The Harvard Street Grill in Brookline and executive chef at the Ritz-Carleton Hotel in Boston for 11 years.
