Megan Feddern, PhD
CAS ’15 Postdoctoral Research Scientist
I am a climate ecologist, data scientist, and graphic designer. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Alaska working on climate drivers of Chinook salmon population dynamics in the Arctic/Yukon/Kuskokwim region. I received my Ph.D from the University of Washington where I earned my degree in Aquatic and Fishery Sciences with a certificate in Data Science through the UW eScience Institute after spending time as a field technician in HI, AK, and OR. Outside of my career, I enjoy climbing mountains (preferably with skis) and being on trails (preferably for weeks at a time).
