Mark Roberto, PhD

CAS ’15 Scientist

I was born and raised in the Greater Boston Area and always felt a strong affinity towards the sciences. At Boston University, I started doing undergraduate research in the summer after my freshman year and continued doing so throughout my time at BU. After graduating, I moved to NYC to do my PhD in biomedical sciences with a concentration in cancer biology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. I now work as a research scientist at Mnemo Therapeutics where we are developing new treatments for cancer.
