Elsa Brenner
CAS ’21 Master’s Student
I am a Master’s student at Háskólasetur Vestfjarða (the University Centre of the Westfjords) in Ísafjörður Iceland, where I study the impact of parasite burden on the intestinal microbiome of Greenlandic sledge dogs. My research acts as a window into parasite transmission in the coastal arctic, and aims to identify challenges associated with the consumption of marine resources.
