Academic Advisor

Dominique’ Flagg grew up in Middletown, Ohio and attended a Deaf residential school in Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended the only liberal arts college in the world exclusively devoted to Deaf students, Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., where she earned both her BSW and MSW. In addition, she enjoys working collaboratively with various departments on-campus to ensure the college environment encourages a safe place for students to explore, learn, and grow. Upon graduating from Gallaudet University, she worked as an academic advisor at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf in Rochester, New York. She is excited with the honor and privilege of working with intellectually inspiring staff, faculty, and students at Kilachand Honors College.
