BU Reserve

The new BU Reserve website is now live and available to all KHC students! You can use the QR code or link below to access the platform and begin scheduling. 

Important notes about BU Reserve:

• All study rooms on the 9th floor (910, 911, and 912) are available for reservation.
  • Reservations open one week in advance only (e.g., you cannot schedule something for 2 weeks from now).
  • If someone is in your room during your reservation time, kindly show them your reservation confirmation on the website.
• Rms 910 & 912 are intended for group study however, you may use Rm 911 for individual study sessions/interviews/appointments. Before booking a room, you must confirm by checking the box that you are booking the room for a group session.
• For security reasons, KHC students living off campus must reserve a room with a student who lives in the building and can sign them in.
