Spencer Davidson

Spencer Davidson currently serves as Senior Vice President for Hunter Hotel Advisors based out of the firm’s New York City office, Spencer is actively involved in all aspects of investment sales including underwriting, financial analysis, client interaction and transnational services. A graduate of Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration in 2012, Spencer has extensive operational and financial experience and has worked for well-reputed organizations including LW Hospitality Advisors, C-III Capital, and CBRE Hotels during his career. With a continuously growing client base, Spencer has worked on more than $6.0 billion of capital markets transactions across the United States representing hotels across all market segments on behalf of institutional, corporate, and private investment clients including groups including The Blackstone Group, Peachtree Hotel Group, Hersha Hospitality, Excel Group, MCR, Starwood Capital, Summit Hotel Properties and Park Hotels & Resorts among countless others. He is a member of YHIP (Young Hospitality Investment Professionals), Boston University Alumni Association, and is an inaugural member of the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration Real Estate Advisory Council.
