McKinsey Associate Partner

Sloan Rudberg is an Associate Partner and leader in McKinsey’s Travel, Logistics, and Infrastructure practice. He advises travel organizations globally – including hotel chains, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and investors in the travel space – on strategy, corporate finance, and commercial topics. His work as a consultant stems from a lifelong interest in the travel industry and builds on experience working for American Airlines, JetBlue Technology Ventures (the VC fund and innovation arm of JetBlue Airways), and Archer Hotel Capital (a European hotel investor). In addition, he has conducted academic research regarding the development of travel and transport infrastructure in Latin America. Sloan is a graduate of London Business School and Princeton University.
