Siobhan Dullea

Siobhan Dullea is an executive leader with deep experience in developing and scaling global organizations and leading through periods of significant change, including growing a business from startup to a successful exit. She has worked at the C-level for the last 15+ years in multiple organizations – as Chief Client Officer, Chief Growth Officer, COO and CEO. Siobhan has directly managed customer success, finance, growth, HR, operations, product, and technology teams. Siobhan has lived, travelled, and worked in many countries with networks in and knowledge of business ecosystems in China, England, Israel, Mexico, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and across the United States. She also has experience in a wide range of industries, business models, and technologies. She most recently served as president and CEO of MassChallenge, a Boston-based global network of zero-equity startup accelerators that since 2009 has connected over 4,000 rising innovator-entrepreneurs with more than $9 billion in funding.

Siobhan was named a “Visionary on the Rise” by Boston Magazine in May 2019 and won the FCW Fed100 in 2021. She is part of the founding team of a public-private partnership called The Mass FinTech Hub, fostering fintech growth in Massachusetts and is on the Board of the Women in Sports Tech, a nonprofit organization that empowers transformative growth opportunities for women and employers at the intersection of sports, technology, and innovation. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum of Massachusetts.
