Nick Anastasiades
Vice President of Growth, REEF Technology
Nick grew up in Beirut, Lebanon and moved to the US in 2012 where he studied business administration and psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds a dual-degree MBA and MS in Design Innovation from Northwestern University.
As an analyst at Deloitte Consulting, he advised Fortune 500 technology companies in the areas of strategy, growth, marketing and operations. Concurrently, he served as the founder and creative director of LLOBE Design, a digital agency specializing in modern web experiences where he led design and marketing projects for Adidas, Electronic Arts, Ampush, Eko, Paribus and many more clients and startups.
In 2015, he founded RedPie with Jon Elron and Arik Gaisler, creating the fastest pizza delivery network in San Francisco. One of the marketing campaigns for RedPie involved selling pizzas to bars that didn’t have their own kitchen, which was an instant hit. Since then, he and his team foresaw a future where businesses don’t operate their own kitchens, but instead rely on virtual kitchens nearby to power a more efficient and profitable food service. Based on this idea, the team founded 2ndKitchen which became a fast-growing provider of B2B virtual kitchens, serving hotels, bars, breweries and buildings, and raising $4.3M in 2 years. 2ndKitchen was acquired by REEF Technology in 2021 to create the leader in virtual kitchens for hospitality where Nick currently serves as the VP of Growth. Nick was selected as a Forbes 1000 entrepreneur and is the recipient of the Chicago Innovation award in 2020 on behalf of 2ndKitchen.
