Maureen Simmons serves as the Head of People, bringing over 15 years of HR Consultation and Strategy, Workforce Planning, and Organizational Development and Design experience. Before joining TCE she worked in the California State Assembly for Assemblywoman Shirley Weber who was recently appointed as California’s first African-American Secretary of State by Governor Gavin Newsom. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
