
Kristin Campbell
Former EVP, General Counsel & Chief ESG Officer, Hilton
Kristin A. Campbell is the former Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief ESG Officer of Hilton. She joined Hilton in June 2011 and led the Company’s global legal, compliance, government affairs and ESG functions.
At Hilton, Ms. Campbell was responsible for board work and corporate governance, regulatory compliance, M&A, commercial transactions, litigation, labor and employment, in both the U.S. domestic and international arenas. In addition to industry relations and policymaker engagement, she also oversaw Hilton’s global ESG efforts.
Prior to joining Hilton, Ms. Campbell was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Staples, Inc., an international office products company. Prior to joining Staples, Inc. in 1993, Ms. Campbell worked at law firms Goodwin Proctor and Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster.
Ms. Campbell is a member of the board of directors of The ODP Corporation, a U.S. publicly traded business supply and technology services company, and is chair of its corporate
governance and nominating committee and a member of its compensation committee. She is also on the board of directors of Regency Centers Corporation as of January 2023 and Crete United. Ms. Campbell has served on the boards of various trade and non-profit organizations, including Vital Voices Global Partnership, and she is currently a member of the Advisory Board at Boston University School of Hospitality Administration. Ms. Campbell graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University and received a J.D. from Cornell University Law School.
