2016 Executive-In-Residence
In 2016, the School of Hospitality Administration welcomed world-renowned Chef Jacques Pépin to the school’s first-ever Howard Johnson Executive-in-Residence program. Chef Pépin was joined by fellow chef and friend Jean-Claude Szurdak and William H. Weeks, the gracious supporter of the Executive-in-Residence program.
