Brendan Collins

Brendan Collins is Vice President of HREC Investment Advisors’ Boston office, where he assists clients in the Northeast region with hospitality acquisitions and dispositions. Previously, he spent nearly four years providing investment banking analysis and supporting brokerage services in HREC’s Denver Headquarters. At HREC, Brendan has analyzed over 500 lodging properties valued at more than $7 billion, facilitating the successful disposition of over $1.2 billion in hotel assets.

A graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a double major in Economics and Hospitality Business, Brendan is a board member for the UMass Amherst Hospitality & Tourism Management program and previously an adjunct professor at Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration.
