  • Spearheaded company growth by identifying new assets and projects of interest, while cultivating and maintaining key relationships with franchise companies (Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Best Western, IHG, Hyatt) and banking institutions.
  • Managed all legal aspects of hotel purchases, refinance activities, and franchise agreements.
  • Oversaw the development and execution of various real estate and construction projects within the five New England states, including the building of new Hilton, Marriott and many other branded and independent    Large project size of $50 to $100 million dollars.
  • Responsible for the operations and asset management of a family-owned portfolio of 80 plus full-service and select service hotels, covering major US brands.
  • Managed a total workforce of over 4,000 employees, including direct oversight of over 50 upper-level management positions.
  • Our Family Office is involved in over 30 Liquor Stores, and 28 Dunkin Donut Locations Across the Commonwealth.

Vice President of Operation | Jan 2001 to 2005

  • Directed all operational facets, including personnel management, staffing, payroll, budget oversight, advertising, purchasing, capital spending, security, and marketing.
  • Provided technical support and system upgrades for all computer systems.
  • Conducted in-depth analysis of business activities and workflow to suggest and implement appropriate information systems, database designs, and user interface systems to support integration with other group corporations.
