Scott Hochman

Scott is a Senior Director and Portfolio Manager for MetLife Investment Management’s (MIM) Real Estate group. He is responsible for the asset management of the hotel equity portfolio and Portfolio Management of the MetLife Strategic Hotel Debt Fund. 

Before joining MIM Scott worked at Tishman Hotel & Realty, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Denihan Investments, and Hidrock Properties in various hotel investment capacities. Ranging from asset management, acquisitions, and workouts. 

Scott earned an M.S. with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a B.S. in Hospitality from Boston University.
