Ian Weissman

Ian Weissman is a seasoned hospitality and real estate executive with more than two decades of experience in corporate strategy, investor relations, and equity research. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations at Park Hotels & Resorts, Ian leads the company’s engagement with institutional investors and Wall Street analysts, while overseeing corporate communications, financial messaging, and long-term strategic planning.

Prior to joining Park, Ian held senior leadership positions at leading financial institutions including Credit Suisse, Evercore ISI, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and UBS. As a top-ranked equity research analyst specializing in real estate and lodging sectors, he earned industry-wide recognition, including multiple #1 Institutional Investor rankings and designation as a Forbes “Blue Chip” analyst.

Ian holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester’s Simon Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Business. He is an active participant in industry groups such as Nareit’s ESG Task Force and the Real Estate Roundtable.
