Crowdfunding Cycles
Projects submitted after the deadline for each cycle while be considered for the following cycle.
Fall ’24
Application deadline: Sept. 20
Crowdfunding timeline: Oct. 29 – Nov. 27
Distribution of funds timeline: Proximately one to two months after the end of the campaign.
Giving Tuesday ’24 (One day fundraiser)
Application deadline: Oct. 21
Crowdfunding timeline: Dec. 3
Distribution of funds timeline: Proximately one to two months after the end of the campaign.
Winter ’24
Application deadline: Nov.22
Crowdfunding timeline: Feb. 5 – Mar. 5
Distribution of funds timeline: Proximately one to two months after the end of the campaign.
Application Details
Review the
sample project landing page to gain a better understanding of the content needed to populate your page.
- Project name
- This information will be displayed on the main crowdfunding page and the banner section of your project page.
- A brief description of your project.
- Why are you fundraising?
- How will the donations be used?
- What is the positive impact of this project?
- Plan to execute the project during one of our crowdfunding cycles.
- Fundraising goal
- Fund name and ID to be used for the project (If available)
- Images, following the specifications, mentioned on the sample project page
Adhere to the deadlines and procedures provided.
After the application is submitted, a member from the annual giving team will contact you with information about the approval or denial of your project.
A crowdfunding liaison from the annual giving team will assist each group once the project has been approved. The person will ensure that the fund name and ID are correct and will collaborate with Annual Giving and the project leaders.
