A series of career development events exclusively for BU students.
The Office of Alumni Engagement welcomes you to Connect for Success! In partnership with the Center for Career Development and the Newbury Center, we’re hosting a series of events that will provide you an opportunity to network with alumni and enter the next phase of your life feeling prepared and confident.
Previously a one-day event, we’ve expanded Connect for Success into an immersive experience. The series will teach you how to network, explain how to use the exclusive BU Connects platform, coach you through an etiquette dinner, showcase professional attire, and much more.

Student & alumni networking night | February 28
The event that started it all: Our annual University-wide student and alumni networking night. Select alumni working in a wide range of professional industries will come back to campus to connect directly with any BU student looking to grow their network. Alumni from PwC, Deloitte, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moderna, HubSpot, Massachusetts Port Authority, and more will be present at this event.

About the presenters:
Narali Taglialavore, Associate Director of Career Education, Center for Career Development
Narali has a passion for helping students succeed through and beyond college. In her role, Narali supports building and leading strategy for the CCD and leads the Career Education team with the goal to prepare students in their career readiness for the world of work beyond BU. The Career Education team works towards empowering students throughout their career development journey through individual appointments, drop-ins, workshops, and programming, among many other services and resources. Originally from Long Island, NY, and fluent in Spanish, Narali holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Master of Education in Educational Leadership, College Student Affairs from Bloomsburg University of Pennslyvania. Outside of work, Narali enjoys hiking, the beach, traveling, spending time with friends and family (especially her nephews!), and exploring new cities.
