De-mystifying sourdough session two: Working with your dough

Are you seeing lots of people making their own sourdough bread, but feel unsure on where to start? Join Chef Chris Douglass for this webinar on how to make sourdough out of the comfort of your own home.

You’ll be introduced to the world of sourdough bread, but specifically the sourdough starter in this 30 minute webinar. How is it made? How does it work? How to keep the starter going? The program will also include some quick troubleshooting tips.

This session will focus on the steps involved in creating a dough using the starter you created in the first session. This will include: getting your starter ready, measuring your ingredients, the process of forming a pre-dough with flour and water, and then kneading, folding, and proofing your dough.
